Invisible Cage

This painting was created during a deeply emotional period in my life, when I felt as though I was living inside an invisible cage - confined by circumstances and inner struggles that were difficult to escape. While working on this piece, I allowed my emotions to guide each mark, translating feelings of tension, vulnerability, and quiet resilience into form.

The figure embodies the experience of being emotionally bound, suspended between limitation and the desire for freedom. Through layered textures and restrained movement, the work reflects an intimate moment of self-awareness, a recognition of how we sometimes hold ourselves within invisible walls while searching for a way forward.

I hope viewers can feel the honesty within this piece and connect with their own moments of struggle, strength, and transformation.
