Shipping regions
Available shipping templates are shown in checkout. Current regions include domestic, European Union, and international shipping where enabled by the gallery administrator.
Packing
Original paintings are packed carefully for artwork transport. Prints are packed according to format and paper type.
Customs
International buyers may be responsible for customs duties, VAT, brokerage fees, or import taxes charged by their destination country.
Returns
Contact us at studio@anaarte.com within 14 days of receiving the artwork to request a return. We will confirm return instructions before anything is shipped back. Return shipping is paid by the buyer unless stated otherwise before purchase. We refund the product price and the cheapest standard outbound delivery method offered at checkout; premium shipping upgrades are not refunded beyond the standard delivery cost. The refund is made to the original payment method and may be withheld until we receive the returned artwork or proof of return shipment.
Custom or clearly personalised artworks, including commissions, custom sizes, or signed/dedicated pieces, are excluded from the withdrawal right. Returned paintings must be in a condition allowing inspection only. If the artwork is damaged or handled beyond necessary inspection, the refund may be reduced proportionally.
Damaged parcels
If a parcel arrives damaged, photograph the packaging and artwork immediately and contact us as soon as possible so we can review the shipment with the carrier.
