Terms of Sale

These terms apply to purchases from Ana Art.

Products

Original paintings are unique artworks. Prints are produced separately where enabled. Colours and scale can vary slightly between screens and real works.

Orders and payment

Prices, vouchers, shipping, and taxes shown at checkout apply at the time of purchase. Payment is completed through Stripe. An original artwork is marked sold after payment confirmation.

Shipping

Shipping options and costs are shown before payment. Delivery times depend on destination, carrier, customs, and artwork preparation.

Returns and cancellations

Consumers may withdraw from a standard online purchase within 14 days of receiving the item without giving any reason. This does not apply to paintings made to the customer’s individual specifications or clearly personalised, including commissioned artwork, custom sizes, or signed/dedicated pieces. The buyer bears the direct cost of return shipping unless we expressly state otherwise before purchase. We refund the product price and the cheapest standard outbound delivery method offered at checkout. If the customer chose premium shipping, only the standard delivery cost is refundable. The refund may be withheld until we receive the returned artwork or proof of return shipment.

Returned paintings may be inspected as they would be in a physical store. If the artwork is damaged or handled beyond what is necessary for inspection, the refund may be reduced proportionally.

Liability

Nothing in these terms limits mandatory consumer rights. To the extent permitted by law, liability is limited to the purchase price of the relevant order.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Poland, subject to any mandatory consumer protection rules that apply in your country.

Auctions

A verified account and a successful Stripe card check are required before bidding. Card verification does not charge the artwork price. Every submitted bid is binding and must meet the displayed minimum increment. A bid placed near closing may extend the end time as shown on the auction page. The highest eligible bidder receives the stated payment window; if payment is declined, canceled or not completed before the deadline, that offer expires and the artwork may be offered to the next eligible bidder at that bidder’s own bid. Shipping is added before payment. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.
